The development of sustainable food products is becoming a must in today's industry. There are some strategies that can improve the sustainability of food and food systems. Use of by-products, design and eco-design of hybrid products, substitution by alternative biomass sources, etc. However, a more sustainable level of novel food and processing technologies should be confirmed. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate the potential of existing and new production methods for food.

The entire variety of production and processing options (existing production and processing equipment of different industrial scales for feed, cultivation and processing) can be mapped in relevant modules. A modular approach may be more advantageous to ensure automation of the assessment methods. In addition, it can use machine learning techniques, so it can be easily updated with the latest data available. It can also be integrated into a decision support system that can be easily used for individual industrial applications, enabling time-saving decision-making.

The details of the project will be discussed in further agreement
